It is uniquely designed to give you comfort, fun and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Struggling on where you would like to stay? There is an open plan kitchen / living area that boasts a very cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy delicious meals on the breakfast bar and also get comfortable on the sofa in front of the 46 inch TV that includes UK channels. Both two bedrooms are bright, airy and comfy, a peaceful night sleep is guaranteed. Bedroom 1 holds patio doors leading to the terrace with beautiful scenery.
The exterior of the property is situated in a slightly elevated position which results in sea views from the terrace. Within 100 meters from the villa you will find all local amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops etc. The property is 200 meters up from the Aqualand Water Park and only 500 meters from Siam Park. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip is only a short walk away from the villa approx 500 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 1km away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
