Located high on the hillside in Upper Carolina, which is above the town of Coral Bay, Villa Morena meets your St. John vacation needs.
Guests may chose to rent either the studio areas for their visit, or the owner's suite. Photos 1 - 21 on VRBO are specifically of the studio areas, whereas photos 22 - 31 showcase the owner's suite. If you click on the main VRBO photo on the listing, you can read each caption individually so you have a better idea of each space. For larger parties (up to 8 guests) both the studio areas and the owner's suite can be rented.
The studio areas (which reflect the pricing for this listing) contain one "main master studio" which features a queen bed, full bath, kitchen, and living room area, with a pull-out queen sofa bed. The second studio area features a queen bed, full bath, and mini fridge. Both spaces do have individual air conditioning units, as well as TV and WiFi internet. Both private studio spaces are connected by a screened-in patio area, which overlooks Coral Bay.
The owner's suite consists of two levels. The first level has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and expansive deck area. The second level (accessed via interior steps) has two bedrooms (each with queen sized beds) and each with attached full en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional large wrap around deck on this level, which are accessed through each of the bedroom sliders. There are televisions in each bedroom and the living room, as well as WiFi throughout the house. Each bedroom also has individual air conditioning units.
We only rent out one space at a time to one set of guests. Therefore, if booking the owner's suite, there will never be a separate party in the studio areas (and if you were to rent the studio areas, there would not be another party in the owner's suite). You will have access to the entire driveway area regardless of which space you choose.
A short drive to Coral Bay and steps to the beaches of Maho, Francis, Trunk, Caneel, and Cinnamon Bay make Villa Morena an ideal location for all your vacation plans on St. John.
Villa Morena is an exclusive retreat recently updated in 2018 and features the very best of St. John luxury and relaxation. You will have a breathtaking view of the mountains and Caribbean Sea and be located just minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the world.
