The owners are a local family of Civil Engineers and Architects who with their flair for design have created elegant and chic adobes. These 5 bedrooms villas are harmoniously integrated into the environment, combining the traditional local architecture with innovative modern style. All three villas have been built with comfort and stylish Greek island design in mind; large, spacious and airy covering an area of 250 square meters, each villa has its own personal charm. The impressive outdoor spaces of these beautiful and vast properties offer possibilities for various activities. A small secluded pebble beach, accessed through a gate, is only 3 min walk away through a picturesque alley between olive trees, arbutus trees and myrtle that go all the way to the sea shore. Elegantly furnished with natural materials and country style furnishings, Mavra offers privacy, luxurious accommodation and ultimate comfort. The interior of the villa is decorated in earth tones inspired by its natural setting. Its open plan living room with fireplace is bright and airy and its fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the ground floor are offering superb views of its beautiful garden and Ionian sea. Spacious and comfortable, it is designed to satisfy the demands of its guests. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Its second lounge on the upper floor leads to a private balcony with amazing view of the sea. On the upper floor, the master bedroom offers a sea view through large French windows that lead directly out into the garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There are two more double bedrooms on the upper floor, one with its own bathroom with shower and one with en-suite shower room. The private infinity pool totally integrated into natural environment, with a set of luxurious sun-beds is the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation. There is a large built BBQ next to the pool for your use during your stay and seating for ten around a beautiful wooden dining table for you to enjoy those mouth watering Mediterranean evening meals. This elegant 5 bedroom holiday villa has a delightful undisturbed atmosphere thanks to its natural landscape and is ideal for families as there is space for everyone to enjoy their holiday.
