Villa Mariluz is located in the Es Forti - Cala Egos area, which is part of Cala D'Or, just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy cove "Caló des Pou". The center of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is about 500 meters away and the exclusive marina of Cala D'Or with great restaurants and cafés is 2 kilometers away. Renovated for the 2019 season. Villa Mari Luz is ideal for families. It is a house with different porches and a Mediterranean garden. An exterior staircase located on the side of the house leads to the studio with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a sitting room. The triangular shaped pool is at the back of the house. There is a terrace around the pool with an open shower, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue with a work table and chairs; The ideal place to enjoy the long summer days. Also here is a toilet where the washing machine is located.
