Beach, shopping facilities and restaurants are in easy walking distance (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) and there is a tram connecting the individual areas of Cala d'Or. The holiday resort itself is family friendly, offers 7 beaches and a vast variety of leisure activities. The ground floor offers an ample living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with access to the large porch and summer kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. The other bathrooms are sharing one full bathroom.
The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and offers a bathroom en-suite as well as a private terrace.
All bedroom are fitted with air-conditioning.
Villa Marga has a private pool and a nice, well-kept garden. The large summer kitchen is next to the porch. Sun loungers are available. There is one outdoor shower next to the pool and another one on the roof terrace. The roof terrace will be furnished with a day bed from 2023 on. There will be a ping-pong table available from 2023 on.
