Positive: Great villa with three large bedrooms with plenty of fitted storage and wardrobe space and two large bathrooms. Good size regular shaped pool in attractive outside living space. Great built in outdoor BBQ (adjacent to kitchen window for the all-important transfer of food and beers for the chef!). All living rooms/bedrooms had air conditioning. This villa has a premium feel without the fussiness but feels like a home not just a house. Prepare to be totally relaxed from start to finish - this was our second stay here and everything just works. Buenavilla are an excellent management company - there when you need them (unlikely) but completely unintrusive when you don't.
Negative: There was a little noise from the supermarket construction site (which we were advised of before the holiday), but this was hardly intrusive, sporadic and was limited to construction working hours. The end result for the resort (a new Hiperdino I think) will be worth any minor noise, as you can then easily have a great time in Puerto Calero without needing a car.
Summary: Very comfortable and spacious villa in excellent upmarket location.
