Renovated in collaboration with the architectural firm ORMA Architettura, Villa Malou offers modern decoration carried out by a specialist, while favoring a warm atmosphere dedicated to relaxation and sharing. Located on a private plot of 3000 m2, on the edge of the forest, Villa Malou has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a children's room with 2x3 bunk beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room / kitchen / dining room opening onto a wooden terrace with heated swimming pool (12x5m). The whole house is air conditioned and equipped (washing / drying machine; ice maker, 2 fridges, barbecue, TV in living room / bedroom, ....), and linen provided. The warm and neat decoration includes many designer furniture.
