Positive: The villa is exactly as the pictures, it is big, nice and new. Once you close the gate, it is very pleasant. The shape of the villa provides separate space for everyone, the pool and outside space are perfect to enjoy during the day or evening. It is a quiet environment with some green views. As per the description, the roads to reach the villa are unfinished - it is a bit of a bumpy ride on the path for a minute but the cars can still drop / collect you in front of the villa. Otherwise it is only a 2mn walk on the path which without luggages is easy enough.
Negative: - There is a dump on the path as soon as you open the gate of the villa, less than pleasant. - It is recommended to support local taxi and a contact was provided to us by the villa manager - be aware that the price is 3 times the price of a car booked on Grab (IDR 150 vs 50 to go to Ubud Center at low peak time). - We were looking forward to the breakfast and diner options at the villa but were disappointed with the quality of the ingredients for the 'Chef' breakfast on the first morning so we did not reiterate the experience or tried the diner.
Summary: Nice villa but for the price both outside environment and service need improvements
