Summary: Very clean condo beautifully decorated Wonderful location Pro's: gorgeous unit fully stocked and modern kitchen Ocean Front Comfortable beds quiet elevator convenient covered parking keys are required for the lobby, pool entrance, and exit. A little bit of a hassle at first, but you do begin to appreciate the safety features. The lovely coffee shop across the street, Sweet Brewnetts. Pricy but delicious. Get there early or you'll be waiting. Con's: the sliding door from the living room was so hard to open. needs to be repaired. No tv in the other two bedrooms - I think a TV would be a great addition. Please put ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. The AC doesn't move below 72, so it would be nice if the other guests in the condo are afforded the same level of comfort. Master bath - lovely layout however the large, round tub is quite deep and I couldn't understand why a handrail was not placed on the wall to enter. If I was older, pregnant, or with a disability this is something I would greatly appreciate. Please provide an umbrella for your guests. It's impossible to check it in on a flight and you'd think with the price of this rental, that a durable umbrella would be included. There were two beach chairs but maybe offer two more. Carts were available for luggage etc. Definitely check out Caladesi Beach. The only access is by ferry. 1 hour drive. Sand dollars everywhere ( intact) Bring your own drinks, or you'll be paying an arm and a leg!
