This high-end 3-story 4,066 sq.ft. vacation home offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is large enough to accommodate either 1 large family, or 2 families easily, or even 5 couples. All rooms feature first-class furniture and decor. A total of 6 TVs are throughout the house. An optional highchair and a pack & play are at the premise. The large, fully furnished gourmet kitchen has wood cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island also features a breakfast bar.
The impressive living room features a luxurious seating area, which is a perfect gathering place for everyone. From here or from the master bedroom, you will step out onto the large Eastern exposure fenced terrace with the custom-built, electric heated pool, a large sun shelf, and a raised spa with a waterfall. The dock along the corner of the property widens into an additional sun deck directly at the Gulf access canal.
You will find three bedrooms on the first floor along with one and a half bathrooms.
