Summary: Few things that were good: 1. The front desk staffs were nice. 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Rooms were cleaned nicely. Reasons why I will NEVER book this hotel: 1. There is quite loud construction on-going near the hotel which was never indicated on the site. 2. The biggest reason I booked the hotel was due to the rooftop restaurant with nice view of the tower but it was not informed at the time of reservation that the rooftop restaurant remained closed starting from October / exact date. Anyway, at the time of check out, the staff felt my disappointment and offered to take us to the rooftop floor during our stay but this offer was never well followed-up. 3. I had the most awful experience during my last night at the hotel restaurant during dinner. I had quite frequently used the hotel restaurant not only for breakfast but for dinner as well. During our last night stay, we had ordered the same exact steak we had previously and it just did not taste nice and the beef fillet they served was just not the same quality. They just seemed to be offended by the returned plate and said that it was simply "too complicted" to explain why I could not order another plate of beef at my own cost. It could be cultural difference but I think it was absolutely unprofessional. 4. Simply too hard to take a shower. The water just does not drain at ALL. So, if you want nice shower everyday, find another hotel.
