The house can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of 2 double bedrooms, room with walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terraces and garden for outdoor dining.
The house is on two levels:
- On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view;
- On the ground floor there is the large and bright living kitchen communicating with the large terrace and garden, a second bathroom.
The house is fully equipped even for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The house is located in a quiet area slightly raised from the sea level of the Eden Rock village, surrounded by greenery and among the sounds of nature, it has a splendid view of the surrounding hills.
A few minutes by car you will find Su Giudeu, Sa Colonia, market, bars and restaurants.
We work with a specialized and certified agency in the thorough cleaning of all environments, in compliance with the instructions provided by the WHO and national authorities.

From the strategic position it is possible to move and visit the whole south west of Sardinia.
