PROPERTY DISCRIPTION; This beautiful large unique 9 bedroom detached private villa with its own large private pool and is set in its own grounds surrounded by delightful typical Canarian gardens including fruit trees. The interior has been tastefully furnished throughout. There are several terraces with sun beds, patio furniture seating for 20, BBQ and offers views of the sea from the upper terraces. This unique villa has plenty of parking in its own grounds. The main villa which is on two levels. The ground floor level includes bedrooms 4, 5 & 6, fitted kitchen, lounge x2, separate dining room and bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and very well fitted out with wardrobes and complementary furnishings. The cosy TV lounge has seating for 8 and is very well furnished and has flat screen TV. The fully fitted well equipped kitchen has all the items that you would expect from a property of this statue. The main feature inside this unique property is the stunning huge lounge/dining room with 2 dining tables that can seat 14 persons. There is patio doors leading to the gardens and views looking on the villa gardens and pool terrace. From this area is a wooden style staircase that leads to the upper level. Here you will find a small lounge type landing with sofas and doors leading to a sun terrace and views of the pool, gardens, barranco and of course the sea. Along the upper hallway area you will find the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom 2 & 3 have patio doors leading to balcony with table & chairs and views all over the gardens. Annex 1 & 2 is adjacent to the villa by the outside chill out area. There is an internal door if required leading to annex 2. Across the garden you will find annex 3. All annexes include a tasteful decor and beautiful furnishings matching in with the main villa. These are prominent feature that our clients love to have especially for those that would like to have some privacy from the rest of the group. In the exterior of this property there are beautiful Canarian gardens with Palm tree plus large magnificent under cover chill out area that overlooks the gardens and consists of many sofas, table and chairs ideal for reading or relaxing. This looks very pretty at night when lit up. Also in the gardens is a large wooden pergola with table and chairs for 18 guests plus 2 BBQ’s. The huge private unheated pool measures approx 12 x 5 metres and is 1.6 metre deep at the deep end and has a small children pool area within the main pool at 0.70cm deep. Around the pool is a small pergola with table and chairs, plus many sun beds and parasols and other chairs for your relaxation. There is plenty of private parking inside the villa grounds. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first. LOCATION DISCRIPTION; There is a short cut route from the villa to the centre of the resort, this route is via a back entrance on a unmade rocky flat pathway. We recommend you make your own risk assessment before using this route. This route has nothing to do with the villa owners or Tenerife Villas Online who both cannot be held responsible. This villa is located in the up and coming area of Playa Paraiso (Costa Adeje), only a 10 minute walk to all local amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach with beautiful calm sea. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Also holds its very own beach club/complex which adjoins the beach itself and is fantastic to have on your doorstep. The Hard Rock has become a very popular destination and you are welcome to use their facilities. Returning guests have told us they’ve had 1 or 2 great days/evenings spent at the hotel on their feedback to us. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa.
