PROPERTY DISCRIPTION;
We present you this tranquil homelike 3 bedroom villa located in Los Cristianos. This fabulous property boasts a central location, has been well furnished and remarkably equipped throughout. Properties with private pools are rare in Los Cristianos and we like to give you the opportunity to experience such an uncommon villa positioned close to the heart of the area.
Situated all on one level this property is wheelchair friendly however we encourage all wheelchair users to contact us before booking to discuss your needs. The kitchen area contains everything you would need in a sophisticated home. The comfortable lounge includes a 4 seater cream leather sofa and patio doors leading to pool terrace. Bedroom 1 holds patio doors leading to pool terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to create a fresh air flow.
The well appointed pool terrace includes a private pool 7 x 4 meters in size and consisting of roman style steps. Also on the terrace are table and chairs for 6 plus BBQ, 5 sun loungers and several shaded areas. The terrace is completely private and not overlooked at all. You have the possibility to use the hotel’s wifi next to the complex which a lot of our returning guests have connected to with no problems.
This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
LOCATION DISCRIPTION;
The villa is located close to the centre of Los Cristianos and the sandy beach. There are a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks etc all within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Los Cristianos has a beautiful safe and clean beach, ideal for families with plenty of shops, bars for entertainment and Tenerife south airport is only 15 minutes from the accommodation. Las Americas is a 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is situated in a quiet area and there is no building work going on nearby.
