It offers eight bedrooms (two of them studios with kitchenettes), seven bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and spacious living areas. The villa is surrounded by a 4.000sqm garden with an 180sqm private pool, a BBQ area and spacious furnished terraces. Located so close to the sea, near shops and restaurants yet in a quiet spot, this villa is an ideal choice for large groups that are looking for an memorable vacation in Crete.
Villa Lilium has a 900sqm interior area. The villa is built on four levels plus a basement with a cellar which are connected with stairs and elevator. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 people, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a small sitting area, a shower bathroom and a studio with kitchenette, WC, and a sofa which converts into two single beds. This level has a balcony which overlooks the pool and a second one which overlooks the garden.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub, TV, walk in closet and a balcony with views to the pool and hill. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, a bathroom with a shower and balconies with tables and chairs.
On the second floor there is an attic with a double bed, a single bed (which can be used also as a sofa), an office, a shower bathroom and two balconies.
The lower ground level has a gym, a sauna (which guests can use on an extra charge), a laundry room and a studio with a double bed, a lounge chair which converts into a single bed, a shower bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, dining area and separate entrance.
In the basement of the villa there is a traditional and beautiful wine cellar.
Villa Lilium has a 4.000sqm outdoor area with a beautiful lawn garden with tall palm trees. It offers a huge ;private swimming pool with a children’s area, sun beds and umbrellas.There is also BBQ area with a grill and traditional wood oven, a dining table for 12 people and a sitting area ideal for family and friends gatherings.
