Located on a river in the Ardèche you will find this detached 8-person villa with enclosed private pool. This villa with fenced private pool (8 x 4.5 m - may be slightly smaller, sizes are checked in the spring) is located in the Ardèche at the foot of a mountain on a flat, fenced private plot of over 6000 m2 and adjacent on a river. From the garden, a path / staircase leads you to the river; here is a shallow area where you can play wonderfully. Approx. a hundred meters away (reached by road and then via a path) you will find a deeper spot in the river, where you can dive from the rocks. Thanks to the quiet location of the villa, the river is, as it were, a private affair. You only share the access road and gate with the neighboring neighbors. Walks, climbing, research and swimming can all be done directly from the villa. Not to forget: the beautiful old villages in the area that are more than worth a visit and where you can do your shopping at the market. The garden consists of elongated wide strips where you can play wonderfully. There is a baby swing under a tree and a table tennis table in the shade. The garden offers a beautiful series of old trees, plants, flowers and herbs, very attractive. The pool is completely fenced and surrounded by a wooden terrace. The view is enchanting ... On the ground floor of the villa is a covered terrace with a dining set.In the garden there are several terraces, but the topper is the upper terrace adjacent to the kitchen. A beautiful spacious terrace with dining table and direct access to the kitchen. From here you look at the lower swimming pool, the river with the ancient bridge in the distance, very special. Adjacent to this terrace there is an elongated terrace which is ideal for reading a book, enjoying the sun and the view. From the terrace you step into the kitchen that is fully equipped (including a combi-microwave). The salon is light and has a sitting area by the fireplace and, by extension, the kitchen has a dining table. For music lovers; there is a sound system with USB input and WiFi options at your disposal. On the living floor are two bedrooms for two persons. One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with sink and shower. There is a separate toilet. The ground floor can be reached from the outside and there are the other two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm, with 2 mattresses). They share a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. This is a lovely house that has been comfortably furnished by the Dutch owners. Available for children: swing, football, badminton, table tennis table, pool games, family games and playing cards.
