Ideally located in a quiet prestigious private domaine on the edge of Valbonne, this grand property has been recently finished to an exceptional standard both inside and out. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living/dining room with a beautiful open plan area with comfortable lounge, flat screen TV, dining table, bar area, and a well-equipped modern kitchen with induction hob, 3 full height fridges, additional wine fridges, multiple ovens, a dishwasher, coffee machine and ample kitchen storage. From everywhere in this open plan area, beautiful French doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the tiered landscape, pool, helipad and serene surroundings on various levels as well as the stunning elevated panoramic sea view. The terrace has two dining tables benefiting from sun and shade at different times of the day, a gas BBQ and oceans of space for entertaining. The views are spectacular over the sloping forests all the way to Cap d’Antibes and the coastline. The ground floor offers 3 double bedrooms, two of which share a spacious bathroom. The third has an ensuite bathroom, is accessible via the terrace outdoors and is ideal for a nanny or just extra privacy. Both bedrooms at the rear open onto the stunning terrace benefiting from morning sun and sea views. A small private office behind the bar is hidden and made available. Fibre broadband runs throughout the house, including the pool area and garden ensuring all devices remain connected. The first floor accommodates the master bedroom with a Super King size bed with memory foam mattress, as well as a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity units and a private balcony in an elevated position with further stunning views. On a clear day, Corsica can be seen from the balconies as can the mountains, snow covered in season, and miles and miles of the Riviera coastline. A second double bedroom with its own bathroom with a bathtub and vanity is also across the hall. The remaining two bedrooms are on the garden level, both have ensuite bathrooms and open onto the pool terrace. One of them has a 24-foot-long tailored bed that is perfect for all ages to play games and even sleep with an abundance of space. The other bedroom has a massive yacht style wraparound bed also with ample space and a dressing table and wardrobe space. On the basement level, guests will also find a fully equipped cinema room with PlayStation, a small gym/fitness area as well as an equipped laundry room with washer/dryer and American fridge/freezer. All bedrooms in the house have a flat screen TV connected to the internet with easy access to Netflix. On the lower terrace you will find a large pool that can be heated with easy step access. The terrace has 8 sunloungers, several comfortable seating areas, a ping pong table and an outdoor shower. The property has parking for 6+ cars and a helipad. There is a very discreet onsite guardian who lives in his own quarters, provides daily housekeeping and is available for any additional requests such as cheffing, shopping, chauffeuring, and day trips on a boat (he is a licenced captain) if required.
