Inside, the villa has typical Tuscan features with terracotta floors and exposed-beam ceilings for an authentic stay and it is divided into 2-levels with spacious interiors for a comfortable holiday. A fireplace, DVD player with stereo system, SAT-TV, a books library and large sofas feature in the cosy living room. Meanwhile, the big, beautiful kitchen with a dining for 12 and all essential utilities offers up a great space for in-house dining for all. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge, drip coffee machine and cooker hob are available for an effortless self-catering stay.

The charms of Florence are also within driving distance from here (under an hour’s car drive from here) and offer a wealth of Renaissance art and architecture; from Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo, everything is well worth a visit and perfect for a day in the city.
The road leading to the rental is the normal asphalt one, however, around the property, the pathway is made of pebble stones. The nearest airport is Florence Peretola, approximately a 40-minutes drive from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
