The property is surrounded by nature with many plants, flowers and lawns. Guests have exclusive use of the well-kept garden, and the furnished gazebos are perfect for relaxing moments while admiring the view. The round swimming pool is on the lawn and has a diameter of 8 metres, a depth of 1.1 m and is complete with sunbeds. The garden also has access to a room with a small toilet, 2 showers and a sink. Guests can also use the large panoramic terrace (250 sq. m.) complete with outdoor living room. Access to the villa via a characteristic courtyard (180 sq. m.) with antique pots and lemon trees. The house is very refined and furnished with taste, and boasts frescoes and wood beams on the ceilings, arches and plenty of large windows which let in a lot of light. The villa is on two floors. The courtyard has 5 steps which lead up to the ground floor with a large entrance with beautiful frescoes, a large living room with frescoes, sofas and armchairs and direct access to a beautiful panoramic terrace (250 sq. m.) complete with an outdoor living area. Dining room with frescoes and 4 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a pantry (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, sink). The ground floor also has one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, and two bathrooms with shower. And ancient stone staircase leads up to the first floor with 5 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower. Every bedroom has mosquito screens, satellite TV and air conditioning (apart from the ground floor bedroom).
Location
Villa le Farnete is in the Tuscan hills, on the road which goes from Comeana to the town of Carmignano and is in a quiet position whilst not being too isolated. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with the odd house and farm here and there.

Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. A charging point for electric cars may be requested (at a fee). The owner lives on the same property but in a completely independent position. If you don’t wish to cook, you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant which is located in the basement floor of the villa, just below the terrace, with independent entrance.
