This impressive new construction home is truly a one-of-a-kind property. Custom built in 2019, this amazing home provides superior accommodations for up to eight vacationers, with a large and bright living area, soaring ceilings, a modern elegant gourmet kitchen, 4 large bedrooms - each with their own bathroom - and so much more. The stylish interior is a showcase for contemporary design. Located directly on Lake Memory, a large fresh water lake in one of Cape Coral most desirable neighborhoods, the water views are stunning. This is a very quiet location, yet it's just a short drive to shopping malls, restaurants, and the famous Harley meeting every Tuesday in Downtown Cape Coral.
The huge screened-in pool area includes an electrically heated saltwater pool, flush-to-the-ground spa, covered patio with a dining set for eight, gas grill, and plenty of room to set up the lounge chairs. From the seawall, a platform with Tiki Hut is built into the lake and provides a great spot to enjoy relaxing hours right by the water.
Please note: The fully refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be charged together with the balance payment. The electric fee is not included and will be charged at departure based on usage at $0.15 / kWh.
