This elegant villa is just at about 10 minutes' walk away from the famous Hotel and Quisisana Via Camerelle, the street famous for its luxury fashion stores, restaurants, and bars. The Villa is anche located close to some of the most famous spots in Capri: the famous Certosa di San Giacomo (Charterhouse of Saint James) and Via Tragara (a road with amazing panoramic views on the Faraglioni and the sea). The Villa La Vedetta offers superb views of Marina Piccola Bay. It overlooks the greatest and spectacular scenery of 2 Gulfs from Amalfi Coast to Ischia, the blue of the sea, the Monte Solaro, the rocky ridges and the lush vegetation of the island make amazing this unique landscape. Villa la Vedetta is along way tuoro, one of the most peaceful and panoramic parts of central Capri, the name of this home comes from the very unique and special view over the two gulfs of Marina Piccola and Bay of Ischia. The villa has 3 accesses: two along the main road and access from an upper Matermania. The lower access is through a slope of 25 small ramps or 100 steps and 12 small ramps. The villa is not recommended for elder people. Thanks to its position the villa enjoy one of the most strictly view on the whole island. Also its pool, stylishly furnished, with sundecks and chairs is the perfect spots in cui to relax and have a sun bath in total privacy. All the garden is an explosion of colors under the shade of highest perfumed pine trees. In contrast with the bright colors of the gardens decorated with bougainvillea and flowers, the facade and interiors are an explosion of glistening white. Villa La Vedetta, dating back to the beginning of 20th century, is an elegant three floors building furnished with sought and modern furnishings. For 2015 the villa will be rented only for the two upper floors and the annex next to the pool, for a total of 4 bedrooms. From 2016 it will be disponibile anche another apartment on lower floor with Links: 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. The property from 2016 will have 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. At the moment Villa la Vedetta is composed by a main house based on two floors. On the ground floor we have the well equipped kitchen, a large panoramic salon offering access to the terraces That surround the home and pool. The vaulted celling, the typical of the patrician houses in Capri, the simple style of its furnishings to give the house an elegant personality. A white staircase will lead you on second floor where are 3 double bedrooms each with own bathroom with a shower. The rooms have access to a panoramic terrace. On the property next to the pool there is anche a separate guest quarters apart from the main home with a double bedroom and bath. Villa La Vedetta is a great home from home in Capri, perfect for Capri lovers.
