Very beautiful, cosy farmhouse "La Piaggia", 350 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2000. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (2.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Summary: Als erstes ein dickes Lob an den Schlüsselhalter - er war total nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Lage einmalig - vorausgesetzt man sucht die Ruhe.. Denn außer "Fuchs und Hase" trifft man im Umkreis von 1,5 km keinen Menschen... Für uns mit Hund großartig. Aufgrund der Anfahrt über eine Schotterpiste können wir keine tiefergelegten Autos empfehlen.
