Villa Kyani is ​​a fully renovated building of 100 sqm with 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 4-6 guests.
It includes one room with a 160 cm wide bed, one room with one twin bed or two single beds and one double sofa bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, toothbrushes and a set of high-quality body and hair products of exceptional quality by the Greek company Olivia. You can enjoy your sleep and rest on the top-quality mattresses. The villa is also equipped with a Smart TV in the living room, where you can use a general account provided, or sign in to your personal Netflix account, as well.
The villa is nicely decorated and designed with the purpose of creating a warm and cosy environment, where the guests will enjoy their vacation with comfort and relaxation. Additionaly, great emphasis has been placed on elements of traditional architecture.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso espresso machine, toaster, kettle and full set of crockery and glasses. In addition, the villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and fire extinguishers. Finally, all rooms have air conditioning or fan system, while access to wireless network (Wi-fi) are provided throughout the premises.
The villa has its own entrance and parking, while the comfortable outdoor area is complemented by the impressive private pool with sun beds and sun umbrella and a spacious, covered, traditional-built barbecue accompanied by a large dining room.
