Lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a fantastic location with a view of the ancient ruins and the sea. Large garden with a small pool with a unique view, terrace and Turkish seating area. 70 sqm living space for 2-3 people. 10 minutes walk to the village center, 15 minutes to the ruins and 25 minutes to the beach.
A little above the village of Patara is our old farmhouse in a wide landscape and surrounded by a large garden. It has a bedroom, living room that opens into an open kitchen, large bathroom and entrance hall. We placed great emphasis on equipping the house with modern comfort and maintaining the character of the house as an old farmhouse.
Most of the walls are preserved in their original form. that is, the approx. 60 cm thick natural stone walls offer charm and at the same time protection from the summer heat. The entire house is equipped with a solid wood cedar floor, which is treated ecologically. The work area in the kitchen is tiled and a granite worktop ensures comfortable work. The house is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. In the living room on the couch there is the possibility for a third person to sleep.
The house is in an ensemble of three houses, a former farm. The village of Patara itself is about a 30-minute walk from the beach, since the beach is an absolute nature reserve without any development. A shuttle runs to the beach during the season. There is a restaurant and sun beds / umbrellas for rent on the beach.
The area offers countless opportunities for various activities and sightseeing.
Patara is 120 km from Dalaman Airport and 200 km from Antalya Airport.
