"Villa Kalura" offers accommodation for 8 people. Two luxurious, modern and fully equipped apartments on the ground floor and first floor of the house offer access to the outdoor terraces. We do not rent to separate parties at the same time, both apartments (for 8 persons both) are for the same guests! From the ground floor terrace there is access to big pool (32 square meters) and beautiful garden. House is just 25 km away from the center of Split and Diocletian's Palace. The nearest two beaches are 20 km from the property. The Villa Kalura consists of ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is divided in two parts. In one part, size 40 m2, there is a space with fun & gym room (small billiards, table soccer, cards, darts, room bike, etc.) and a bathroom. In the second part, size 50 m2, there is a fully equipped modern apartment with kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and one sleeping room with two single beds.
On the first floor there is a luxuriously equipped apartment, size 105 m2, with kitchen, dining room, living room, three doublebed sleeping rooms, bathroom and toilet.
Both floors have access to spacious terraces, with a beautiful mountain view.
Villa Kalura is located close to the town of Split, in a peaceful and quiet village of Dalmatinska Zagora, far enough to enjoy the fresh air and the idyllic village atmosphere away from the city crowds and smog, yet only 25 km (20 minutes) away from the city center, Diocletian's palace, beautiful urban and suburban pebbly and sandy beaches (Žnjan, Bačvice, etc.) and big shopping centers City Center One Split and Mall of Split.
Villa Kalura is also located just 8 km (5 minutes) from the highway entrance.
Apart from the city of Split, we are pleased to point out that we are near the town of Sinj (11 km), Trogir (41 km), Klis (13 km) and the town of Solin (18 km), rich in history, tradition and culture .
Guests have access at the whole "Villa Kalura" except the room located in the fun&gym area, in which hosts keep things they need for cleaning house and exchanging guests.
Guests have also access to outdoor swimming pool (32 m2), big garden, four parking places.
Guests are alone on the pool and on the all property. There is no mixing guests who doesn't know each other.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is not densely populated. The view from the house is beautiful, except from the south side where there are stairs leading to the upper floor of the house. From these stairs is a view on the neighbors' yard, which is very messy, but not visible from other parts of the house.
Guests have at their disposal; dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, android tv with satellite dish, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes iron, bed linen, towels, soap...
