Villa Kala Layout
Villa Kala offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The villa has a lift that gives accessibility to all floors and the pool area for people with reduced mobility. There are 3 terraces and a large deck around the swimming pool. There is no parking inside the property, but you can easily park outside.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has one small bedroom for one teenager or 2 kids and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and is directly connected to the main terrace, shared with the living room, well furnished and nicely decorated with a sea theme. Moreover, there is an alfresco area with a gas barbecue to enjoy your family meals with fantastic views
From the main terrace, there are spiral stairs to access the pool area, where you will find a shower and sunbeds to relax.
First Floor
The first floor has 3 bedrooms :
