Positive: The location was absolutely perfect (super close to beach and main strip) and the house was very comfortable and clean. Everything seemed brand new. Comfy beds. Quiet area away from crowded areas yet close enough to reach all shops and restaurants.
Negative: Didn’t like that you had to pay extra to heat the pool when the price of the rental was already quite high compared to other villas. Would have liked to have a grill for cooking. There was a strong constant smell of cologne from upstairs neighbors, also the upstairs neighbors balcony looked right out over our “private” pool area.
Summary: Fantastic location, lovely clean apartment with all new appliances.
