Salinus villas consists of four high capacity villas that can accommodate from 2 to 10 people. They are characterized mainly by their Cycladic architecture as well as by a sophisticated and contemporary design, offering an unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. Our aim is to provide you with moments of absolute calm for truly beautiful private moments.
Iris is a three floor apartment of 158 sqm, built with respect to the Mediterranean landscape, by using rough and natural materials such as stone and wood. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a WC.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom, and a balcony with sea view. The lower level consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry/storage room.
Our aim is to provide our guests a memorable experience of staying which offers luxury, comfort, discretion, and the warm feeling of being at home.

Summary: First of all - our stay was really okay and the care of Nektaria at Aeagean Breeze was absolultely accurate and excellent! She is a DARLING! The location is good - but we excepted to stay in our own villa and not 4 small houses in a row - so you hear your neighbours day and night. So that was quite a surprise after our arrival. The building itself is excellent. Four comfortable bedrooms, one on top and three cooler ones under the basement - further a huge and generous kitchen - nothing to complain. Except the huge terrasse to the southwest. The sun is so strong in the afternoon and evening that it's almost impossible to find any shade after 4 pm and that's really a pity. Because the view is stunning and the place is splendid but after one hour you get a heat stroke. Actually, I had one. Besides the missing shade and some real loud construction works at the neighbours buildings we really had no complaints at all. And we thank you for a wonderful stay at your location.
