Villa Iremia is hidden in a lovely peaceful olive grove which provides it with total privacy. There is a superb sunny swimming pool, good sea views, along with a lovely garden area around the property. Located in the Astrakeri area of Karousades, it is away from busy resorts but, at the same time, only a short drive from the best beaches. This charming, detached villa is spread over two floors, with beautiful balconies, and great sea views. It is a spacious property for a family or group of 6 people, accommodated in 3 bedrooms.
The main entrance, which is accessible via 2-3 stairs, opens into an open plan kitchen, small living room, with a dining table, and a guest bathroom. The large patio doors open onto the front balcony, which overlooks the sea in the distance and offers an incredible view above the countless olive trees.
An internal staircase leads to the lower floor and pool terrace. Going down the stairs and to the right is a family bathroom/shower room with a washing machine, and to the left is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. Next to this is a twin and also a double bedroom, with access to a small terrace and across to the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden area and surrounded by trees providing total privacy and as an added bonus it remains sunny during most of the day. The pool is surrounded by spacious terraces and all the comforts needed for sunbathing and relaxing surrounded by the wonderful olive grove.
Villa Iremia is located on the edge of a small hill, the access is through a rural country-road, and is only 5 minutes away from the famous beach of Astrakeri, with the traditional fishing port and some wonderful local tavernas. It is ideal for all those seeking tranquillity in a pristine green area, and not far from some great beaches and tavernas. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided.
