Distante 600 m a piedi dalla ampia e poco frequentata spiaggia di Platia Ammos.
Costruita in stile cicladico, Villa Ioanna e' dotata di cucina completamente accessoriata, divano-letto, 2 poltrone, tavolo da pranzo con sedie imbottite, bagno con doccia, wifi gratuito, lavatrice, zanzariere su tutte le finestre; l'ampio pergolato e' arredato con tavolo, sedie, una sedia sdraio ed un lettino, tutto in legno e tessuto. Pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni.
Per godere del massimo comfort e privacy, nelle vicianze della struttura ci sono solo alcune sparute abitazioni, che comunque si trovano ad almeno 100 m di distanza (la casa piu' vicina). I servizi (supermercati, banche, autonoleggi, forni) si trovano tutti nella citta' di Tinos, quindi e' fortemente consigliato di muoversi con un mezzo di trasporto (auto, moto ecc.).
La strada di accesso alla struttura e' di cemento e molto ripida, quindi potrebbe risultare piuttosto stancante per chi volesse muovere a piedi o in bicicletta.
