A large house of about 130sqm, can host 8 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, tvsat and free wifi, garden and swimming pool 9x5 inground with whirlpool and endless pool with safety fence for children.
Lovely countryhouse, in the green hills between Lucca and the Versilian coast.
It is tastefully furnished with antique and modern furniture, but with the same time it is a very functional home, with plenty of space for everything.
The property is surrounded by a 500 m large enclosed garden with pool. In the garden there is a barbecue area for outdoor dining. The villa consists of a living room with a large sofa, a table and a seating area. Two double bedrooms (with air-conditioning) and a bathroom with a double basin, shower and bidet.
Sheets, towels, gas are all included in the price. Final cleaning 130 euros. There are also two covered garage spaces.
At the end of the garden there is a big (1. 50m deep) newly built swimming pool.
The house is located at about 1 km from Camaiore, and about 10 km from the sea, which is accessible via a fast provincial road.
Villa La Pitorina is about 10 minutes from the sea, the Riviera of Versilia. It is situated at about 30 kilometers from Pisa and it is also near the beaches, the Cinque Terre, Lucca and Pisa and only 90 kms from Florence, the Chianti area and the many fabulous experiences Tuscany has to offer.
Pizzeria, a greengrocer's, and a couple of general stores with bars serving drinks and good coffee. More grocery shopping can be done in Camaiore or Lido di Camaiore. (The larger supermarkets offer extremely good prices on wines and spirits.)
For the rest of Tuscany go to Camaiore and turn left for the old road to Lucca and Garfagnana or right to the coast - then north to Forte dei Marmi (and the designer shops), Pietrasanta (famous for its marble and artists) and further Cinque Terre (take the boat and walk the path of the sea). Or south to Pisa and Livorno or inland to Florence and Chianti, to Siena, to San Gimignano, to Pienza, to Volterra, to Bolgheri and to everything that Tuscany has to look at, eat or drink.

The house managers take care of every need, and live nearby.
The house managers will provide information on great markets, restaurants and sights in the area. They can also provide for catered food.
There are no real rules but please remember that this is our home for most of the year, so please treat it with care. It would be great if you could ensure that the plants are watered. It can be a relaxing activity in the evening, especially with the hose in one hand.
And please try to leave the house as clean and tidy as possible.
If you can leave the sheets and leave them in the laundry room.
Other than that, just have a lovely, relaxing time!

My pretty Pitorina that in Camaiore dialect means "pulcina" is located in Camaiore in the Versilia hinterland between Lucca and the sea just 10 km.
It is tastefully decorated combining my love for old and revisited things and practical and functional ones for maximum comfort.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees, fragrant jasmine and roses. A relaxation area with deckchairs, sunbeds, gas barbeque and a nice table for al fresco dining in the evening is available to my guests.
The house is as follows:
On the ground floor: a nice kitchen with coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and electric oven. A cozy room with a sofa, a table for 10 people, a 49-inch television, satellite and wifi. A bathroom with a shower and a small closet.
On the second floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 doubles and one with 2 single beds that can be joined) all with air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, a double sink and a bidet.
Bed linen, towels, use of gas and water are included in the price. final cleaning 130 euros.
In the property there are 2 covered parking spaces.
If during your stay you want a cleaning lady the price is 15 euros per hour and you need to warn us in good time.
La Pitorina is about 1 km from the center of Camaiore, a picturesque and lively town of Versilia that summer is filled with Italian and foreign tourists who love the natural, historical and cultural beauties.
The house is located at the end of an uphill road in the middle of the greenery and away from any noise. Less than 100 meters there is a butcher, a bakery, a small supermarket, a tobacconist with newsagents (you can also find foreign newspapers) and a bar. Larger shops and supermarkets can be found in the center of Camaiore less than 2 km away.
Camaiore is located about 30 km from Lucca, 90 from Florence, 50 from Pisa (here is also the nearest airport G. Galilei), 10 km from Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. The sea with its sandy beaches is 10 km away.

Dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Landhaus befindet im grünen Hügelland der Versilia, genau zwischen Lucca und der Küste, in der Nähe von Viareggio. Neben den geschmack-antiken Details, findet sich auch genügend Platz für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Anwesen umfasst einen großen Garten mit einem groSsen Swimmingpool, Gartenmöbel, Sonnenliegen und Elektrogrill für ein gemütliches Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang.
Im Erdgeschoss der Villa findet man eine gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirrspüler, etc.), einem Abstellraum / Haushaltsraum, einem Wohnzimmer mit einer großen ausziehbaren Couch, TV (Flachbildschirm 49 Zoll), Esstisch für 10 Personen und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Im 1. Stock befinden sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (können ggf. zusammengestellt werden). At the Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Des Weiteren befindet sich hier ein Badezimmer with Doppel-Waschbecken, Dusche und Bidet.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, & Gas sind im Preis inkludiert, But after inkludiert Strohmverbrauch aber nicht. Die Endreinigungsgebühren 130 euros. Zwei überdachte Autoabstellplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Im Garten befindet sich ein grosser Swimmingpool (about 1.50Meter Tiefe). Auf Anfrage kann auch ein Planschbecken für Kleinkinder aufgestellt werden.
Wenn Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes ein Reinigungsservice benötigen, können wir dieses gerne für Sie organisieren. Der Preis beträgt 15 Euro / Stunde. Bitte geben Sie uns frühzeitig bescheid.
LAGE:
Der Ort Camaiore befindet sich ca. 30 km. von Lucca entfernt, einer sehr sehenswerten, toskanischen Stadt mit einer weltbekannten Stadtmauer.
Auch Florenz (90 km.) Und Pisa (50 km.) Befinden sich in der Nähe. Aus diesem Grund bietet die Villa Pitorina den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Italienurlaub mit Meer, Strand, Berge & Kultur.
Die Villa Pitorina befindet sich ca. 1 km außerhalb des Ortszentrums von Camaiore. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Metzger, ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Tabaktrafik mit ausländischen Zeitschriften und eine Bar. Die größeren Geschäfte und Supermärkte finden Sie entweder im Zentrum von Camaiore oder in der Ortschaft Lido di Camaiore.
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das schicke Örtchen Forte dei Marmi (10 km.), Bekannt für seine Designer-Geschäfte sowie der Künstlerort Pietrasanta, wo eine Vielzahl von Künstler und Kunstwerke aus Marmor zu bewundern sind.
Auch die weltbekannten Cinque Terre sowie das toskanische Hügelland mit den Städten Pienza, Volterra, Siena, Chianti etc. sind in einem Tagesausflug erreichbar.
