This beautiful mansion is located in the most luxurious condominium in Mangaratiba, Portobello. It has a private pier that flows into the bay of Mangaratiba, making it possible to anchor jet skis, speedboats and yachts.
The villa has a comfortable living room with a sound system, dining table and large glass doors, which provide a pleasant view of the pool and the pier; With 7 air-conditioned suites, this paradise accommodates up to 16 people and offers a beautiful view of the region in all rooms.
For exercising, we have a small basketball court, beach volleyball area and a large swimming pool with a wooden deck. The pool has a shallow side for children and a deep area, perfect for swimming and water sports, as well as space with loungers to enjoy the sun. The sauna and massage room are the bonus of this house, which has all the structure for a relaxing stay.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have a barbecue with friends and family. The indoor kitchen, with 2 refrigerators and a pantry, has the ideal structure to cook like a gourmet chef. The house also has 1 laundry area, with washing machine and dryer and 6 covered parking spaces for cars.
Room Composition: Please note that the house has capacity for 16 adults. For families with children, we have extra beds that come out from under other beds, not recommended for adults.
The property has a staff of 5 employees being 1 caretaker, 1 cook, 2 helpers and 1 maid.
Each employee costs 350.00 BRL per day (08:00 to 21:00).
