Il Grappolo is a comfortable villa that has been renovated at the end of 2017. It is located conveniently in the village of Colle di Compito, a 15-minute drive from the city centre of Lucca, this property is perfect for those who would like to explore the region and to be close by a town. This location is renowned for the yearly exposition of the ancient Camellias of Lucchesia, which populate the local villages. From here it is very easy to drive to the coast (Versilia), San Geminiano, Florence, Pisa... This beautiful villa with private pool has air-conditioning in all the house apart from the single bedroom. Each room is spacious, and the three on the first floors have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances: microwave, a Nespresso machine, boiler and other utensils for those who would like to cook and enjoy al fresco dining under the wide covered veranda overlooking the pool in front of the house. The close distance to the pool is perfect for those parents who would like to watch their children while enjoying the shade. At a short walking distance there is a small sport centre where it is possible to play tennis.
The owner has furnished Il Grappolo with all modern comfort such as Wi-Fi, Flat Screen and Bluetooth stereo. For larger groups, the owner rents as well a property next to Il Grappolo.

Summary: Salogi is just a wonderful company to deal with. The service we received was top class. Ginevra made the whole process stress free - all queries and requests were responded to quickly and they really accommodated our requests e.g. for child high chairs, detailed pre arrival directions and places to visit. I can honestly say that Salogi are the best company we have ever dealt with in organising a family holiday. The villa - Il Grapollo -based near Lucca was just fabulous and the owner really took care of us - visiting several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything on this 2 week family holiday of 6 people covering 3 generations was just perfect - pool, cooking facilities, covered patio area, BBQ, en suite rooms etc.
