Summary: Me and my family (including parent and siblings, with children) had a very enjoyable stay at this property for 10 days. We were 9 adults and 6 kids (ages 1-12) Outdoor area (pool and garden) of the property is very good. Indoor is not so interesting, but has basic facilities. You will need a car to get around. By foot is not possible as there are no sidewalks. Bikes I would not recommend either as there are no dedicated bike lanes on the roads and street lighting is not good after dark. Closes thing around is 5 minutes away by car. There is a restaurant and small supermarket with limited selections. Larger supermarkets are around 7-10 minutes away by car (Lidl and Aldi). Other restaurants are further away - around 12-14 minutes by car. Beach (which is very good) is 8-10 minutes away by car. The only small annoyance that we had, was with dogs in neighboring houses. Sometimes they were barking during the day. Both at each other and at us, over the fence/bushes, when we were being close to the house border. One time when I was taking the trash out (which is 2,5 minute walk from house) two dogs came running towards me out on the road and barking loudly. I was scared for a few seconds wondering what they were up to, but turned out they were mostly curious - not threatening... but an experience I could live without. The property owner was very helpful with accommodating our wishes and responded quickly to messages and phone calls. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider going back to the same area and property.
