Villa Hampton is our spacious four bedroom, four bathroom 4100 square foot home. Being in Homestead, the house is located in one of the best locations at Reunion. Homestead pool is located 40 yards from the house and the rear balcony/ pool area looks onto the third green of the Tom Watson golf course. The house is also walking distance to all the resort facilities (Reunion Grande, Seven Eagles pool/ entertainment area and the clubhouse). In terms of the house layout, the downstairs is a large, open plan kitchen/ living area with a separate dining room at the front of the house. One of the best design feature of the house is that there are two master suites including walk in closets, his/her vanity sinks, walk in showers and jacuzzi bath. The first master suite is located on the ground floor with views onto the rear pool area. We have upgraded the living room TV set up to an LG 65 UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, 200+ HD sports & movie channels and 100+ Blue-Ray video. The music system includes a Bluetooth link to your personnel music library which can be played externally in the pool/ barbecue area as well as the downstairs living area. Upstairs we have a large games room with full size pool table, large screen TV and wii games console. The games room opens out onto the rear balcony with view of the golf course and pool area. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor including the second master suite, king bedroom and two queen beds in bedroom 4. We provide all kitchen utensils, bathroom towels and poolside towels. Please note: we own two properties at Reunion.
