Positive: Spacious, well fitted out, comfortable. Plenty of space for a large group with lots of areas to lounge, eat and enjoy. In a nice quiet village, nice walk to secluded beaches. Great to go to Cavtat for dinner.
Negative: Only issue is very close to airport and main road - so if you are used to quiet rural locations the noise from aircraft may be off putting. But we got used to it after a while.
