Positive: Very spacious and super clean property with a beautiful pool and a large, lush garden (Mt. Etna is visible from several positions in garden). Primary living space would easily accomodate a big family or group, as there is a huge sofa, a large TV and a long table to seat 10+ persons. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook family/group meals on-site. The four bedrooms are all relatively large with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and ample storage in each. It is a gated property with secure parking for 3+ cars. Perfect location for excursions to Etna, Catania and Acireale.
Negative: The E45 is pretty close, so traffic noise is audible (within the garden area, but not inside the property) and constant. Additional crockery would be required if a large family/group were to eat together.
