4 Bedroom Villa in Le Diamant

Espace et calme sont les maîtres mots dans cette immense villa avec piscine au sel et grand jacuzzi, située à quelques pas de la belle plage du diamant!
Cette ancienne villa de chambres d’hôtes labellisée clé vacances pourra vous accueillir dans 4 des 5 chambres avec sdb de la maison.
Nous vivons à l’année dans la villa et la mettons exceptionnellement en location lorsque nous partons en vacances. Nous cherchons une famille respectueuse qui pourra prendre soin de nos chats .
La villa est constituée d’une partie jour totalement ouverte sur la piscine, le patio et le jardin.
La cuisine toute neuve construite en matériaux de qualité, avec bar et îlot central donnant sur la piscine, est tout équipée!
Le grand espace salon est équipé avec tv , câble, Netflix et donne également sur l’extérieur et la piscine.
Il y a une grande table à manger à l’intérieur, ainsi qu’une grande table extérieure sous le patio couvert.
Le patio extérieur abrite également un salon extérieur et des hamacs.
La partie nuit comprend:
une suite parentale avec un lit à baldaquin de 2x2m+ salle de bain attenante et wc indépendants,
une chambre d’enfants avec deux lits simples à baldaquin et un canapé + salle de bain attenante et wc indépendants ,
une chambre d’amis à l’étage avec un lit double 160x200, un clic clac bz et une sdb avec baignoire + wc.
Dans la partie jour se trouve une quatrième chambre indépendante des autres, avec lit double 160/200 et salle de bain.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et équipées de moustiquaires.
La cinquième chambre à été transformées en bureau et ne peut donc pas accueillir de couchage.
L’immense piscine au sel donne sur le grand jardin de 3500 m2 dans lequel il y a deux charmants bungalows avec chacun leur jacuzzi privé, disponible également en location saisonnière.
Le jardin en contrebas de la villa est donc partagé avec ces deux bungalows.
Le grand spa 6 places surplombe la piscine et le jardin.
Le spa et la piscine sont exclusivement réservés aux locataires de la villa.
Les espaces sont tous ouverts sur l’extérieur et très spacieux.
Il est possible d’aller au bourg du diamant à 5 minutes de marche pour y faire des emplettes, aller au marché ou à la magnifique plage de sable fin.
La propriété comprend donc une villa et deux bungalows. Nous comptons sur le respect mutuel entre voyageurs.
