This stunning villa was completed in 2019 and was designed in particular with honeymoon couples in mind. It is located in the upper reaches of Islamlar village in amongst the pine forest , in a very peaceful location some 3.5km from the village centre and some 12km from the popular resort town of Kalkan.
The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a modern, well-equipped open plan lounge/ kitchen / dining area which opens directly on to the outdoor pool terrace. Here there is a good sized outdoor pool , some 7 x 3.5 metres in dimensions and with a depth of 1.6 metres.
The heart of the property consists of a 2 storey atrium, with an indoor pool (3.5 x 2.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep). This pool has a heating facitiliy which is available during the lower season from October onwards, for the additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire per week.
The turkish bath and sauna are also accessed from the atrium. Here guests can enjoy the traditional relaxation activities of the region.
The bedroom is located on the upper floor accessed by a staircase to the mezzanine floor. Here guests can look out over the balustrade to the ındoor pool below, and out across the outdoor pool to the hillside beyond. The bedroom has a wonderful sense of space due to the inclusion of the roofspace, and has a luxurious double jacuzzi and access to a large terrace from where distant sea view may be enjoyed.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
