We are excited to welcome this spacious villa to our existing portfolio of villas in the ever popular resort of Nerja. Sitting in a privileged position in the popular Capistrano area this villa offers lovely views from its terrace and gardens towards the sea. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for families and groups alike.This detached villa sits on an attractive plot with a large terrace and garden area where the private swimming pool allows you to relax and enjoy the wonderful climate this coastal town has to offer, whether you’re dining al fresco or simply catching some rays you’ll be sure of feeling relaxed. Entering from the rear of the property there is a spacious parking area with plenty of space for your vehicles. Once parked you enter the villa via a porch area that leads into a hallway with the kitchen, lounge and dining area. Here, stairs take you up to the first floor and its corresponding bedrooms & bathrooms. The lounge leads onto the covered terrace area where steps take you down to the private pool. On the same level as the lounge you’ll find the fully fitted kitchen that leads to the dining area. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that are as follows, 3 doubles, two twins and a single room. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room. All remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor and comprise of 2 doubles, 2 twins and a single room.
