Positive: The location is in a quiet area.
Negative: It is not a private vila, but an apartment on one floor of a building.There is second one on the second floor. The house is part of complex of 6-7 houses and they share the yard.The beds were not comfortable, there is no basic equipment in the kitchen like a knife. You need to turn on and of the boiler each time you want to use it. There was no equipment for the barbecue, so we were not able to use it at all. The complex of houses don’t have fences, so it is not really suitable for kids. The common spaces are not maintained properly.
