It is located in a quiet countryside area, within walking distance of the village of Sant Lluis (1 km), a 10-minute drive from 14 beautiful sandy beaches, and 5 km from the capital, Mahón. The 400 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with two single beds), 4 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 people. You have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fans, TV, cot, and high chair. The spacious private outdoor area offers covered and uncovered terraces, a large garden with sun loungers for relaxing, and a swimming pool.
