Beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom villa, located in Marbella - Elviria, with a short distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a 20 min walk to Marbella's golden beaches and various beach bars and restaurants. Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars in the area it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella. On the beach you will also find plenty to do with various beach restaurants, bars and even the world famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore there is a place where you can do water sports so plenty to do for everyone. The villa has an entrance with a fully automatic gate which allows private parking space for 2 cars. It is equipped for up to 10 people and has 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground level you have the entrance hall, a guest toilet, the spacious and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and the double living room with a fireplace in the middle of the two. In one of the living rooms you will find a lounge with garden views. In the other one, you will find a lounge area as well as a dining area and a large flat screen TV equipped with a wide range of International channels in various languages. The double living room is ideal when travelling with children or several families as it provides various options. Both from the living rooms as well as the kitchen there is direct access to the outside terrace, garden and pool area. On the outside terrace, which is covered, you will find the BBQ and outside dining table. Next to this terrace, on the way to the private swimming pool, there is a 4 person outside Jacuzzi. Always kept at a warm temperature this is the ideal place to enjoy a moment of relaxation or read a book. Additionally there are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a lovely bathroom with double sinks, a bath, toilet and a spacious shower cubicle. From this bedroom (and its terrace) you can enjoy the view over the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore there are 2 lovely large bedrooms, and one bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have private terraces and one is equipped with single beds and the other with a double bed. The garden is spacious, private and features a good size private swimming pool with several sun loungers around it. Also, there is the outside dining area, BBQ and Jacuzzi to help make this an unforgettable holiday. The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The villa is very well located as well for those that do not like to sit still as most of Marbella's best attractions are within easy range... With the Marbella Country Club and Golf, Santa Maria Golf club and Santa Clara golf club you have some of Marbella's finest golf clubs all within a 5 minute drive. For those travelling with children you will be happy to know that with the Aventura Amazonia park at less than 2 km away, you have one of Marbella's best activities around the corner. Also, you are very centrally located for the aqua parks of Mijas and Torremolinos, Marbella's Funny Beach with karting and trampolines as well as the Selwo animal park. All these are a guarantee for a happy children's day! Also, from a beach restaurant point of view, you have some of Marbella's finest located at the closest beach to the house. There is the "Beach House" for lovely lunches right on the beach. They often have live bands to create a real spectacular holiday feeling. Also, the world famous Nikki Beach is located right here in Elviria on the beach. Here you can lunch, swim, dine and dance right on the beach.
