As you step back into the villa through two sets of patio doors, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table and six chairs, two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with a selection of English and international satellite channels, and a DVD player, ensuring your entertainment needs are met. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, and a breakfast table with four chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cloakroom featuring a wash hand basin and WC. The wifi router is conveniently located by the grand staircase.
Descending the stairs to the basement level, you'll discover the master bedroom, a shower room, and a utility area complete with another tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large water heater. The shower room offers a shower, wash hand basin, and WC. The master bedroom is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, two armchairs, a sofa, a dressing table with a mirror above, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a variety of English and international satellite channels, and fitted wardrobes.
Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. Both bedrooms share a charming balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. Upon prior request, two of the double beds can be separated into twins if needed.
