This villa has been extremely well renovated and provides the most fabolous, spacious site for a perfect holiday. It is an expansive house providing high standard of accommodation Thanks to the great position it is possible to reach, within a short time, the many hamlets and important cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Cortona, Arezzo, Trasimeno Lake, Perugia, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino are less than 50 km away. The villa is a beautiful brick building typical of Tuscany and it offers a good standard of accommodation for a very comfortable stay. Outside a wonderful garden with cypresses, oaks and vineyards, a beautiful swimming pool, a spacious Jacuzzi, a lounge area for a glass of wine and a veranda for “dining al fresco” during the summer. Inside, this villa is true to form and offers pretty Italian furnishings and characteristic beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.
This property is part of an important estate with a prestigious winery where, the owner can organize a free wine tasting. On request private chef, truffle hunting, e-bikes, massages and other wellness services on site. Pool is open from 15 of April till 15 of October.
