Summary: We’ve rented apartments and houses several places for the last 10 years. There is always something that is lacking, whether there is the distance to Grocery/shop, the beach, restaurants etc. this is the first place we really could appreciate all our needs nearby. With 4 kids/young adults at the age of 18, the possibility to do shopping was essential. With only 4 min. Walk to the tram/train, and 2 stops to La Marina shopping centre which is located right by the tram stop, it was very easy to fulfill their needs. 5 min. Walk to grocery, short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The lovely city of Villajoyosa nearby. We stayed at the house a lot, enjoying the nice pool, and the seating area was just perfect. Air conditioning and tv in all rooms and 2 nice bathrooms. We were so pleased wit Villa El Romeral, that we already on day 3 booked 1 week for next summer.
