Beautiful open plan Villa, in Sao Martinho located in a very quite neighbourhood surrounded by woods and beautiful views of a valley. Approximately 1 km to beach front with shops, bars and restaurants.
Our villa is modern, bright, spacious within easy reach of a beautiful beach. There are 4 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with its own shower room downstairs, suitable for wheelchairs. Upstairs has another double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and an outside seating area. The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds and their own en-suite. Downstairs has an open plan living room and dining area which leads through to a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room area leads to a new extension with a snooker table and a seating area. The villa has its own private pool, with loungers and a secure enclosed garden. There is also a BBQ area near the pool.

Summary: We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children ( aged 3 to 11 years old) who stayed for 10 days at the Villa. Four separate rooms with bathrooms made it convenient to stay this many people together. Clean and quick response from the local housekeeper when we needed some assistance. The house interior needs a good overhaul- kitchen table chairs were literally falling apart, dishwasher was hardly making the dishes, wash machine hatch hard to seal, old pottery, lamp bulbs out of order etc. Landlord told us property address was not in google maps, so a special instruction on how to find the place was sent. However, the property will show on google maps, but you need to type the correct address: Rua dos Eucaliptos, São Martinho do Porto, Portugal. Overall a nice stay and I would consider coming back, but I’d expect a fresh up of furniture and other house accessories. / Martin, Sweden
