A truly unique villa, set well back from the road and nestled by mature palm trees and lawned gardens, guests will find this an oasis of calm and yet within a few minutes are the shops, restaurants and beaches of the popular town of Juan les Pins. The house retains many traditional features with high ceilings and large casement windows, flooding each room with light. There is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar which leads onto the dining room with a large table and 8 chairs. Across the hallway is a comfortable sitting room with original fireplace and comfortable seating for 8 guests. There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room on the first floor, opening on to a delightful private terrace overlooking the gardens - ideal for a morning coffee or evening cocktails! The further en-suite bedroom is also on this floor. On the second floor there are 2 more en-suite bedrooms. There is a separate laundry room and guest cloakroom. Outside the gardens include mature palm trees which offer welcome shade across the dining and living areas. There is a salt water pool (7m x 3m) and ample outdoor seating and sun loungers for enjoying these pretty gardens. Juan les Pins is just a 5 minute walk away.
