Una exclusiva propiedad ubicada en el valle de El Portet, hecha de materiales de primera calidad, decorada con gusto, armonía y amor. En esta espectacular Villa encontraras todo lo necesario para una experiencia inolvidable. Nuestra Villa Deluxe cuenta con varias áreas chillout desde las que puedes disfrutar de una gran vista abierta sobre el valle de El Portet. También podrás disfrutar de los atardeceres observando el Peñon de Ifach mientras disfrutar de una barbacoa con amigos o familiares. Entretenimiento? ¡Aquí no te aburrirás! Dispone de piscina exterior “Infinty”, una piscina interior climatizada y con jets para darte ese momento de Relax. Y como no, también dispone de Sauna. Un SPA completo sin salir de casa. Después de disfrutar de una relajante experiencia en el Spa, podemos echar una partida al billar o al futbolín. ¿Aun no te convence? Déjame que te guie por la casa. Entramos por el parking (Plaza abierta para un coche. Pero hay parking de sobra en la calle y es seguro) Bajamos las escaleras y nos encontramos con la entrada principal. En esta planta dispondremos de un amplio salón - comedor con A/A y una gran cocina abierta. Todo equipado con grandes ventanales con salidas a la terraza de la piscina. Al lado de la cocina tendremos también una lavandería. Volvemos y seguimos por el pasillo; Encontraremos un aseo de cortesía y a continuación un dormitorio doble con baño en suite con bañera. Volvemos por el pasillo y nos vamos a la planta de arriba. Contamos con; Un aseo con ducha, un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, salida a su terraza y A/A. A continuación, tendremos otra habitación exactamente igual; 2 camas individuales, salida a su terraza y A/A. Seguimos por el pasillo y de camino encontramos un pequeño balcón con vistas al jardín de atrás, precioso! Llegamos al final del pasillo y encontramos la Master Suite; Cama doble, A/A terraza privada, baño en suite con bañera y ducha. ¡Y aún nos queda la planta de abajo! Bajamos las escaleras hasta la ultima planta. Nada mas llegar nos encontramos con un salón, con un agradable Chaiselong y su TV. Desde el mismo sofá podremos ver increíble piscina climatizada con grandes ventanales para poder seguir disfrutando de su vista sobre el valle. También en esta planta contaremos con 2 dormitorios dobles, ambos con A/A y TV. Al fondo encontraremos un baño con bañera y ducha, otra sala abierta con Billar, TV, A/A y Sauna. OSERVACION: La terraza de la piscina ha sido modificada y cuenta con una segunda terraza con varios chillouts. Todavía no he podido subir las fotos, pero pronto podre subirlas.
