Ease into Island Time with this beautifully Island-style décor 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom (with a Loft) House in Sunday Villas just off 11th Street in Port Aransas. Great location and just short walk from the Beach. Located just steps from the POOL! The large deck has a view of the newly renovated swimming pool and there is parking for at least 3 cars depending on size.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar to seat 4, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are an open-style concept, perfect for entertaining.
The large front porch offers ample outdoor space. This property has everything, including proximity to the beach. Situated about 3 blocks from the beach, it is less than a half mile car or golf cart ride to the beach!
The upstairs Ocean View master bedroom has a queen size bed, full size day bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and Flat Panel TV with Satellite. The second guests bedroom has 2 twin day beds. The hall bathroom has a tub shower combo. There is a gate at the top of the deck stairs to keeps kids or Fido secure. Fully fenced in area perfect for pets. Downstairs outside is an outside shower, along with the washer and dryer.
This home has enough parking for 2 (or possibly 3 depending on the vehicle size) vehicles in the driveway or in front of the house. There is a small overflow parking area near the swimming pool.
